Synergy Basketball Refund & Credit Policy

1. General Policy

Synergy Basketball is committed to providing quality training, camps, leagues, and tournaments. Due to the nature of our programs, we have a strict no-refund policy except under specific circumstances outlined below. However, in certain cases, a credit may be issued for future programs.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Injury or Medical Condition – If a participant sustains a serious injury or is diagnosed with a medical condition that prevents participation, a refund may be considered upon submission of a doctor’s note.

  • Program Cancellation by Synergy Basketball – If Synergy Basketball cancels an event, session, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option for a full credit towards a future program.

  • Relocation – If a participant’s family relocates 50+ miles away from our training facilities before the program starts, a refund may be considered with proof of address change.

3. Credit Policy

If a participant is unable to attend a program due to non-medical reasons, Synergy Basketball may offer a credit to be used for a future session, camp, or event. Credit may be granted under these conditions:

  • Request is made at least 7 days prior to the program start date.

  • The participant does not have any outstanding balances.

  • The credit must be used within one year from the original program date.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or credits will not be issued for:

  • No-shows or missed sessions for any reason.

  • Disqualification or removal due to misconduct, violation of Synergy Basketball’s policies, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Weather-related cancellations (for outdoor events), unless the entire program is canceled.

  • Requests made after the program has started.

 

5. Refund Request Process

  • All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Contact Email] with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, proof of relocation).

  • Refunds (if granted) will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method.

  • Approved credits will be documented and applied toward a future Synergy Basketball program.

By registering for any Synergy Basketball program, participants agree to this refund and credit policy.
